Sam and the folks from Dogfish Head Craft Brewery are making another Maine appearance tonight, this time at Great Lost Bear. The 60 and 90 Minutes IPAs and the Indian Brown Ale will all be poured for $2.50 per pint from 5-9 PM. I may have to go down and see if I can get a few more Dogfish Head glasses to complete my collection…

I have to say, the 120 does not age…. I had one from a friend, kept it for a while, tried it last night from the ice box, well, it had died, all apart from the hops, what do u expect…. really a failed IPA, drink em young !!!!

Hmm…I don’t think I’ve tried to cellar any of their three IPAs. I’ve had pretty good results with the Palo Santo Marron and the ImmortAle though.

it didn’t have the best of storage, I had it sitting on my sideboard - for visual effect, and we have lower subtropical temperatures here in summer… you could tell it showed promise though….. My normal store place is the cellar, next to the Ports…….
