		<description>&lt;p&gt;That&#039;s a tough call, but the fact that it is means that Portland is holding its own against a city nearly 10 times its size, population-wise. I know I wasn&#039;t expecting it to be this great when I moved up here last year, but it was certainly a very welcomed surprise. With Novare Res in easy walking distance to many of Portland&#039;s fine restaurants, you have a hard-to-beat combination for a great night out on the town. And the Bear is a much shorter (and cheaper) taxi ride from downtown than you could expect while bar hopping in Beantown...&lt;/p&gt;
