First, allow me to wish all our readers a very merry Christmas. I hope all of those who celebrate it are able to do so with family and friends safely, happily, and with a good beer or two! Personally, I picked up the last of the six bottles of Brooklyn Black OPS available at Stew Leonard’s in Brookfield, CT. It is cellaring to proper drinking temperature now and will be dessert after our beef tenderloin tonight. I’m very excited to try it, especially after the reviews posted to BA thus far.
