Tonight Eric tapped a firkin of Marshall Wharf Cant Dog IPA at Novare Res. This beer on cask is wonderful. The hops fill your mouth, but the overall effect is soft and comfortable. As always, the beer seems well below the 9.0% wallop it packs.
Sal and I enjoyed this beer tonight while the snow was pelting down outside. A great way to see out the storm.
